Delivery 

We offer free delivery Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment, with tracking provided once available. Delivery typically takes 1–14 business days, depending on your location.

All saunas are flat-packed into one secure crate for easy transport and safe arrival.

We also offer professional installation starting from the prices listed above. Installation is currently available for NSW customers only, please contact us to arrange.

Warranty 

Your Summit Series sauna includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural integrity, workmanship, and electrical components (excluding normal wear and consumables).
